Who Can Join?

  • The contest is open to all Filipino photo enthusiasts.

Submission of Entries:

  1. Contest runs from February 7 – March 30, 2020
  2. Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of three (3) entries only.
  3. Participants must submit photos to AficionadoCapturetheScent@gmail.com
  4. Aficionado will only accept entries submitted via email.
  5. Entries to be submitted should include the contest entry form upon submission/
  1. File name of photos should be patterned in this format: SURNAME_ENTRY NUMBER

Sample: CRUZ_1, CRUZ_2, CRUZ_3

  1. Announcement of winners will be on April 10, 2020

 

Photo Image/Requirements:

  • Photos must not be digitally altered and/or enhanced in any way. Only simple cropping, minor adjustments in color, sharpness, contrast or digital equivalents are allowed.
  • Entries should retain the entity of the product image

The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  1. Adding or subtracting elements in the photo.
    b. Selective adjustment (color, exposure, saturation or the like).
    c. Selective sharpening or blurring.
    d. Cropping more than 25% of the original image size.
    e. Application of FILTER EFFECTS in-camera
  • Photos must be all original and only colored photos will be considered. Black and white or sepia photos will be automatically disqualified.
  • Photos must be in digital JPEG or JPG format, in high-resolution (Recommended resolution: 3,000 pixels whether horizontal image or vertical image at 300 dpi.)
  • Watermarked photos and those that have been previously submitted or have won in any local or international photography contest will be disqualified.

CONTEST PRIZES

  • Top 3 – P20, 000 cash + P5,000 worth of Aficionado products
